A Woman’s Place Holiday Party… Can you help ????

Hello ,
For the past 13 years Creative Parenting Classes have been collecting and donating to the holiday party at A Woman’s Place.
Every year your generosity and kindness overwhelm me.
We usually collect through the classes and this year we are not having the in person classes yet
but there is a way you can still help.

They will not be having the big party this year, but they are seeing each family by appointment .
They are still setting up a Santa Secret Shop so the kids can pick out a gift for their moms. They still plan to give each family a gift basket with gift cards inside.
They still need our help.
*******They nedd all donations by December 5th ********
Please feel free to forward this email to family, friends and anyone looking to help this holiday season.

Thank you for your continued support,
Hopefully we will be back in class soon

Since everything is non contact they have set up an Amazon wish list for small items that the kids
can give their parents and these get shipped directly to our offices. We supply the boxes and wrapping paper.

For victims of domestic violence, threat levels have increased. Family members are at home all day, under increased stress, with little break. For individuals strategizing how to make a safe departure, creative options to access free, private, and confidential services are a must. Even those living independently, are re-experiencing the trauma of isolation. AWP continues to operate its emergency shelter. AWP is experiencing an increased demand for services, including shelter, counseling, legal aid and basics such as food and personal care items.
